Built by Digitivia, an AI engineering studio in New Cairo, for Link Talent Support — a tourism BPO based in Hurghada with operations in Cairo, serving DACH-region tour operators.

How it's built
- Four languages with build-time parity. English, German, French, and Arabic — including full right-to-left layout, RTL-safe typography, and proper-noun direction handling. A missing translation does not pass the build.
- Pure business engines. Payroll, floor-policy escalation, and Erlang-C workforce math are pure functions, unit-tested with fixtures pinned by the test suite. They survive any future UI rewrite untouched.
- Offline-capable single-file build. A ~2.4 MB self-contained HTML file inlines every asset including fonts. Runs from a USB stick in a hotel meeting room with no internet at all.
- Secure by construction. The AI API key lives in a Cloudflare Worker secret and is never baked into the client bundle.
- Brand discipline at the byte level. Logos are inlined so nothing depends on a CDN path resolving. The LTS brand palette is enforced everywhere — every chart, every state, every locale.
- Operator-grade visual quality. The bar is Linear / Vercel / Stripe, not generic admin templates.

The module you are looking at. Employees, payroll, floor-policy escalation, schedule planning with Erlang-C FTE math, multilingual operations assistant, ATS with per-language reasoning, weekly ISO-week ops digest.
Phase 2 · Next AI Suite
AI copilots embedded across the operating floor — QA review, social and review-channel monitoring, mail-agent triage, reception scheduling, recruitment pre-screening. A preview of the AI Suite ships in the demo today (Step 10).
Phase 3 AI-orchestrated operations
End-to-end AI orchestration across LTS's operation — smart call and ticket routing, predictive staffing tied to booking volume, autonomous report generation, anomaly detection on quality and policy events. The HR platform is the foundation that lets every subsequent module speak the same domain language.

- Customisable, not a SaaS template. Every workflow is built to LTS's actual processes. No "this is how the tool works" friction.
