LTS Ops — AI-augmented HR & Operations Platform
This is the live demo of the platform Digitivia (an AI engineering studio in New Cairo) has built for Link Talent Support (LTS), a tourism BPO in Hurghada and Cairo serving DACH clients.
The platform ships in four languages with full parity: English, German, French, and Arabic (with full right-to-left support).
Roadmap. Phase 1 (live today): the HR and workforce module you are looking at. Phase 2: the AI Suite — AI copilots embedded across recruiting, operations, and customer support. Phase 3: end-to-end AI-orchestrated operations — smart routing, predictive staffing, autonomous reporting.
Engagement. Built customisable to LTS's actual workflows, not a SaaS template. IP transfers to LTS on delivery. Hosting and AI API usage billed at cost. A long-term build-and-operate partnership.
